Wonderful experience to work with Jon Roberts at Rafael Parker StateFarm. I am glad my brother referred me to him. I am extremely happy to work with Jon. I found him very professional, knowledgeable and patient during my auto policy setup. He patiently answered my all questions regarding auto policy and provided all needed information and then same experience for Homeowners policy . Even he went further and was kind enough to come to my house and drop car tracking device including nice goodie bag. My son loves the stuffed animal out of it.lol. I had Jon run my homeowners policy multiple times while I was still debating and he had great and professional attitude every single time I talked to him. I am all set with StateFarm. Not only me I have referred my other brother and sister and they have same comments about Jon’s wonderful, consistent experience and great customer service.
