Loved this cute little coffee museum. Patrick gave us a historical tour, which was very interesting. Patrick’s mother grew up on a coffee farm in Kenya. The history is very interesting. They are also currently building across the hall a coffee and beverage shop with period themes. The shop is in a refurbished flour mill. They are also having a lovely mural painted on the side of the old silos. Great place for a fun stop. They also have a cute little side of the shop with gifts. Thank you Patrick.

They are planning to open the cafe part of the museum soon, but they were still willing and able to make some drinks for us. Good coffee!

This coffee shop is quite literally my favorite place to get coffee! Not only is the location fun to explore and see all the museum items, but the people are so kind and Patrick can make the best, most original drinks! I recommend this place to everyone, a must go in Mckinney❤️
