North Park Health and Rehabilitation Center

Being the owner and operator of Dini Gives Back Service Dog Organization, I am in constant contact with this wonderful facility. Our dogs visit those who are there once a month and we are always treated with kindness and respect and greeted with open arms. The staff there are extremely conscientious and always assisting anyone in need. We love offering our comfort and support and will be doing so whenever we are asked.

This rehab facility and nursing home is outstanding.

The activity directors provide engaging and meaningful activities that truly enhance the residents’ quality of life. The kitchen staff and cooks are excellent, ensuring that every resident is well-fed and cared for with attention to detail.

The nursing staff consistently goes above and beyond to deliver compassionate, professional care. In addition, the maintenance and housekeeping staff keep the facility exceptionally clean, safe, and welcoming.

The entire team demonstrates genuine dedication and commitment to the residents. I highly recommend this facility for the excellent care and services they provide.

After more than six months, I can honestly say North Park Health and Rehabilitation is exceptional. The staff members know us by name and go out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The activities are excellent, well thought out and give residents something enjoyable and fun to do each day. Most importantly, the care is delivered with compassion and patience. We never have to worry about our loved one when we leave and feel confident she is well cared for. We absolutely love North Park, the employees and its family atmosphere. A true blessing!

My loved one has been at North Park Health and Rehab Center for some time now, and I wanted to share our experience to help other families who may be making this difficult decision.

First, I want to recognize the staff who have shown real care and compassion. Many of the nurses, CNAs, and rehab therapists have gone out of their way to make sure my family member feels safe, clean, and engaged. We especially appreciate the activities team, who work hard to keep residents active and entertained.

The rehab services have been helpful—my loved one made noticeable improvements during physical therapy. The facility also does a good job keeping us informed with updates when we ask, and the front office staff are usually helpful when we need paperwork or support.

My husband has been in four other care facilities and North Park is HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! The staff is attentive, professional, well trained and caring. I see him almost daily and he is doing well at North Park. I especially want to mention Beth at the front desk, Jules and Jackie at Nurses Desks and Ken who is Head of Nursing, as exemplary employees. I also ESPECIALLY want to send bouquets to TERI and MERIDITH. They are the tireless duo keeping everyone happy with 3 weekly days of Bingo and many other daily activities for all levels of rehab. Thank you. You are Angels!
