  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neathery Estate! Tiffany was a wonderful hostess and chef (the biscuits and gravy were top notch). The property is beautiful and charming and we loved having the third floor to ourselves. Downtown McKinney is super close as well. I highly recommend staying here.

  I stayed at The Neathery Estate for 3 nights as a local getaway from the wonderful but sometimes exhausting people who live in my house. :) I chose the Magnolia Suite and I felt at home from the moment I checked in. The grounds are beautiful, the decor is sublime, the food is delicious, but the hospitality is incomparable! When I needed a place to spend some quality time resting and reflecting, The Neathery Estate was the right choice. With the proximity to Downtown McKinney, tons of choices for entertainment and food are quickly available. Tiffany is a wonderful, attentive host whose care and love of innkeeping is apparent in every way. Thank you for such an amazing place to spend some time taking care of myself!

  I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and immediate family and our stay could not have been better!! The beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and each room was so beautiful. Communication with staff was great and they made multiple changes to my reservation (at my request) leading up to my stay. The house was well secured and each room had its own Keurig, coffee pods, tea, and water bottles. The stay was so amazing that my husband and I actually stayed here the next night, directly after our wedding. He loved every second of it too. Highly recommended!

  Tiffany's experience as an innkeeper shines in this absolutely beautiful historic home. Not a compromise anywhere. Reserved the entire inn for several days. Convenient location to all things McKinney, very good WIFI coverage, and breakfasts were splendid. Stay, and experience all Tiffany has to offer at the Neathery Estate. You will love it.

  My fall wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without our stay at the Neathery! We rented the entire house for me and my bridal party for two nights before my husband and I stayed for our wedding night plus an additional night. The. House. Is. Breathtaking!! The girls all felt extremely pampered and couldn't wait to choose their room. The decorating details of the estate blew me away. From the Harry Potter touches in the Magnolia Suite (subtle - and adorable) to the morning rainbows on the wall from the perfectly placed crystal lamp in Elissa Suite (where I stayed). Over the course of our stay I noticed more and more of these magical touches. Tiffany was so incredibly accommodating and honestly just a laid back, delightful person. My group adored her. My husband and I think, hands down, this was the absolute best choice for our wedding weekend. Oh and the beds! Everyone could not believe how comfortable the beds were! Do NOT hesitate to book this fairytale palace for your special event. You will not be disappointed!!!
