I have been going here for about year now. I absolutely love going to the doctor now. I finally have a doctor that listens. Dr.Janet Lin took my headaches seriously and I cannot explain how much that meant to me. I loved how much she listened I convinced my parents to see her too. The staff is just as welcoming and Elizabeth is very attentive follows up with your concerns.
Everyone actually returns phone calls. Just an absolute 💯 of 💯!!

This place is amazing. The staff is great and very friendly. We moved here from California and have visited here twice and I wont be going anywhere else. Dr.Hsu is a great doctor and knows what he is talking about. He is very patient and kind. His staff is great at what they do and they are always laughing and smiling feels great to walk into an office like this. He has helped me with my Anxiety and cooping with life. The girls helped me with appointments and we stood and talked made me comfortable all the way around. Receptionist is very talented and smooth with her blood draws no hurt or pain. I will be returning back. Thank You McKinney Ranch and staff for making this a great transition.

I am so happy I made the choice of switching from my previous doctor to Dr. Hsu . His bedside manners are outstanding . He takes his time & listens to your needs & concerns . He is very calm & kind . Also the staff & nurses are amazing as well . Super friendly & polite & they cater to all my needs . They always return my phone calls . The office is super clean . I am someone with a lot of health problems & they make me feel really cared about. I love this place , I couldn’t be more happy.

He is a very gentle physician. He listens to your concerns and explain clearly what he thought and what needed to be done. Very understanding doctor. My family has been coming to him for a while and I highly recommend him!
