Rustic of McKinney Apartments

I lived at The Rustic for about four years..This speaks volumes in it self,The Manager Kathy is awesome best on site manager hands down..and oh last but not least the maintenance manager Steve come right when you have an issue..This is an awesome place to call home..I would highly recommend..keep putting your tenants first and the Rustic will continue to shine and be the greatest place for families to call home..

I moved here in January and haven't had any problems until this week. I he'd a broken part in my bathroom and my A/C wasn't cooling. The problemscwere handled same day and with a smile. I appreciate tge promptness. Kathy and Toni are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Rustic to anyone I know.

This is a great place to live. I love the walking path and park across the street! The pool is clean, the grounds are kept clean, the maintenance team is fast & efficient and the office manager AMAZING! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment! You won't be disappointed!

Moved in recently after living in a zero-star apartment complex and can already tell this place is better by leaps and bounds. Front office staff Toni and Kathy have been nothing but nice and accommodating during the move in process. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient which is a huge plus!

The neighborhood is quiet and clean, even with the large soccer complex across the street.

I am incredibly excited for my future here at the Rustic and truly cannot hype this place up enough.
