We are very much impressed the way they approached us , very friendly, taking very good care. Staffs and assistants are so good in explaining what they are doing and making patients stay calm and comfortable. The ambience feel like we are going to be a smiling star. The welcome drinks are so good.

After multiple experiences with other orthodontists and getting other consults, we were so happy to have a great and reassuring consultation with the Smiles Hollywood McKinney Dr. and staff. They took the time to listen, and come up with a practical plan and made my son feel so comfortable! We can't wait to get started on treatments

We have been going here for almost two years. My daughter was having issues with the new gear in her mouth. Every time we would call, we would be told to come on in. Dr Crise and Dr Downs would talk to my daughter and reassure her that everything will be fine. They both have such great bedside manner as well as their amazing staff. The place is always very clean. I really enjoy this location as well.

We've really appreciated the friendly people at Smiles Hollywood. Every person along the way has worked really hard to make both my son and me feel comfortable. He is getting an orthodontic device for an overbite and braces. I have an in-house made tray for straightening and correcting my bite. From scheduling to financing to fitting, we've had a wonderful experience.

This is my second child needing orthodontics and our first time here. I am happy we choose Smiles over the place my other son went to. The whole office has been great!! Very thorough in explaining the plan for him and expectations. I never have a problem rescheduling an appointment to a time that works with our schedule. I have one other child that will need braces and will definitely be returning when she is ready!
