I've utilized the Moreno group for years for auto and home insurance. They have always provided quality service for my family. Recently, the service hasn't been the same. I spoke with someone new in the office who took the time to gather my information for a new policy. The gentleman was suppose to call me back for pricing and coverage. He never did. I called the office later in the week and spoke with the Mgr. Stacey, she was helpful in getting me information needed. However when it came time for her to call me back about insuring my son with a special policy she never returned my call either. I then reached back out to the office at the end of the week and was told Stacey would call me back with information. I never heard back from her. Time was of the essence since my son was looking for commercial insurance immediately for his business van. Unfortunately, they lost out on a policy because he took his business elsewhere due to their lagging response. I will continue my business with them because my policies are already in effect and I get good rates. I hope they improve on their customer service. I'd hate for them to lose more business due to lack of customer care.
