  I loved my 5:30 am classes at Yoga Six. The instructors maintained consistency with all their class format. Lavender towels at the end were definitely a reward to look for after an hour intense yoga workout.

  Just completed my Teacher Training which was conducted both in McKinney and Flower Mound, TX locations. The staff at both studios are warm, supportive and encouraging. This is across the board in both the training program and in the classes. It has been life changing to go through the process. If you’re looking for a great place to begin a yoga practice or take it to the next level I highly recommend Y6.

  I love YogaSix’s teaching philosophy and its loving environment. I used to practice only Bikram hot yoga when I lived in Connecticut. I tried finding a studio to connect with when I moved to Texas. It only took six years, but I am grateful to have found YogaSix. If you are looking for a studio that welcomes you like a family member with impeccable respect for their students and their journey, then look no further. You must try YogaSix!! I joined the studio’s 200 hours YTT this fall, and it has been a transformative experience. I was enlightened to learn how yoga can influence every aspect of our lives - way more than just twisting and binding! In three months, I’ve gained so much perspectives about life, and I know this is just the beginning. Of course, the experience wouldn’t be as magical without the teachers - Ms. Milly and Ms. Poornima. They are just extraordinary ladies with so much to give back to the community. They each have various experiences - in yoga and in life. I can’t imagine taking YTT without their guidance and leadership! Thank you, YogaSix, for giving me back a little sanity!

  YogaSix West McKinney is focused on students’ health and well-being. The studio is inviting, warm (hot yoga) and always clean. The classes provide a feeling of serenity and are energizing at the same time. I recently completed yoga teacher training with Poornima and Milly and had an outstanding experience! Highly recommended!

  I love this studio! I’ve been taking 5-6 classes a week for the last 7 months and just hit 100 classes. The instructors are talented, welcoming and teach a good variety of classes daily. These regular classes with a focus on mental health and physical health have helped my stress level considerably. They have something for everyone. Give it a try if you’ve been considering it.
