Beverly did an excellent job telling helping me, she made it easy for me to understand the do"s and don"ts of the property, with a wonderful personality, its good to meet nice people these days.

Julie and Cecile were both great with my little one who had a number of issues between colic and reflux. I learned a lot from them and Cecile really went above and beyond to help me with tips as well as connect me with another mother who could donate milk. My only complaint which I cannot possibly ding them for was availability of the nannies was so difficult so I couldn’t have someone consistent come in. I guess other smarter parents had booked them way ahead of time.

I have had two amazing experiences with using Night Owl since my twin boys were born. We used them for both a night nanny when the boys were first born and a sleep trainer when they were a little older. I absolutely loved both of the women that worked with us, Ashley & Naomi. I was hesitant to hire a sleep trainer as I wasn't sure if it would actually work but I finally went for it and it was worth every penny! My boys who were waking up multiple times a night are now after 5 nights with Naomi my boys are now sleeping 12 hours without waking up! Thank you for the wonderful help, your agency made the first year with twins amazing and manageable! My only regret is not doing the sleep training earlier!

I have been a part of the Night Owl team for over two years. Each team member is professional and great at what they do. The office staff is prompt to respond to clients in addition to connecting specialists with clients in a timely manner. The clients are our #1 priority. After 8 months of not sleeping for longer than 3 hours in a row at night, my husband and I had had enough! We had Cecile from Night Owl spend 3 nights at our house sleep training our daughter and she has now been sleeping thru the night for 2 weeks. Getting sleep is truly life changing!! Cecile was amazing and continues to be available to me for questions. Best money we’ve spent on our daughter yet!

We worked with Naomi and she was WONDERFUL! She helped do sleep training with our 8 month old twin boys who were still waking at 4AM. She was calm, confident, informative, and incredibly helpful! This morning I'm happy to say the boys slept until 6:45! I felt confident right away because Night Owl answered all my questions promptly and screens all of their nannies. I would HIGHLY recommend!
