Update: I went back to the store on Thursday December 2nd and it would appear the store is under new management. I explained my situation and the new manager, a very polite gentleman was very professional and although he didn't know what the policy was or the issue he was happy to remake the order for me and apologized for the previous issue I had. I haven't tried the food yet but it looked fresh and I am going to have to say even though it may have been a bad experience before try the store again now that they are under new managenent.

If I could give this half a star I would. I placed an order on the app and I am due a refund of $20.54 and a reimbursement of my $2.00 coupon that was used for an order. On Wed Nov 24th 2021 I ordered on the app and looked up the store info. The information for that store's location said they were closing at 4:00pm. I placed my order at 3:10pm and the order kept saying processing. At 3:30 I went to the store and the sign on the door said they were closing at 3:pm. I banged on the door to get the attention of the staff who were still in the building and a girl with short brown hair gave me an attitude and said she didnt get the order and that she wasn't making the order. I explained that I had already been billed and she said I would be refunded within 24 hours. I was not refunded and I also think it was very unprofessional the way I was treated and the attitude I received from the employee who answered the door. Her apathetic response was so intentional it was almost as if she was trying to provoke me. I told her have a blessed day and left with a truly felt God bless you but she was really doing all she could to get a rise out of me while I was trying to explain to her what hapoened. She made no attempt to help or understand and said she couldn't help and that oh well. it wasn't her problem and that I could wait for my money to be returned. She said she couldn't do anything to help and she claimed she never got the order so she refused to make it even though I could show it to her on my phone. The whole experience was extremely off putting and I have been a Subway rewards member for years.
UPDATE: My father passed away recently from COPD. During the entire pandemic they kept him safe and acted as his family when we couldn't come in to see to his needs. These people really care about their residents. During my father's last days, the entire staff of Brookdale watched over him as if he were their father. THANK YOU Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch.
My father relocated from Arizona to live near us and our search of 7 communities led our family to believe that Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch was the right answer for my father. After 4 months, we are convinced that we made the absolute right decision!!!! My father is happy with his apartment and how lovingly he is treated by all of the staff in the community. These folks care about the resident AND the family. When my father had a recent hard to diagnose illness, the Brookdale Team provided the support that we all needed to get through a difficult time. On several occasions they made sure to remind me to take care of myself as well. What we love about Brookdale is that when any of the Leaders are out, they have backup support from Brookdale. I cannot imagine a more supportive environment for my father - he's happy with the difficult transition from Arizona and the "home" that we chose for him. THANK YOU all!!!
My mom was so happy to find an AL community that offered such nice spacious apartments! But most important is the people that work each day to loving care for every resident as if they were family! Sara, who is the front desk Concierge, is absolutely amazing & has a heart of gold! Kim brings in the best entertainment, activities & host a special event for every holiday! Michelle, Health & Wellness Director, works tirelessly to coordinate medication, doctors visits, Home Health & overall well being for every resident. Juan, takes care of building maintenance & is always up & down the hallways with a smile on his face ready to assist you in any way! All the personal care, med techs, housekeeping & dining room staff employees treat the residents with love & respect. It is very comforting to know your loved one is well taken care of!
I called up to Brookdale inquiring about visiting my great grandmother. I was shocked to hear a REAL person answer after the first ring! I was extremely nervous, as I had not been to an assisted living home since I was a young child... and unfortunately, that was NOT a good experience! Sara took the time to describe the facility, explain that there was no need to be scared, and even arranged her lunch break around my arrival so she could personally give me a tour and escort me to my grams! Thanks to Sara and Brookdale, I have a whole new perspective on assisted living homes! I HIGHLY recommend Brookdale Stonebridge Ranch!

Brookdale stone ridge ranch is fantastic!! Great longevity with the staff and they are all so warm and friendly. This isn’t a job, it’s a calling for them and that’s evident from the first visit. The facility is kept in fantastic condition. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the new communities but they love their residents and treat them like family which is #1 in my book.
