The whole staff was helpful and friendly. Everyone took the time to ask questions, listen to my issues, answer my questions and explain the different parts of the appointment and treatment options. I didn’t feel rushed at any point. Definitely happy with the care I received.
Shannon was very nice, professional and easy to talk to. She listened to my needs and concerns and wasn’t pushy about getting something done that I wasn’t comfortable with. I highly recommend Shannon and Dr Nickson for your orthopedic needs.
