I really cannot say enough how positive the experience was overall. I was looking into Lasik and although the waiting time was a bit longer (I later found out that a staff member was ill so they were being safe), the staff was beyond courteous and professional; EVERYONE. Any questions I had they answered in detail and I left there scheduling my procedure and feeling confident in my decision.

The service from the receptionist "Norma" to the technician "Tracy" to Dr Hayes was outstanding. Vision is so important to the human experience. From viewing sun rising to babies first steps, I would NOT trust my eyes to anyone else.

The entire staff was so professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. The front desk got me checked in quickly and smoothly. Lisa was very thorough and efficient with all of the testing and exams. Dr. George explained in detail the why and how of the procedure I needed and the results I would expect. Finally Brian explained the costs and pre-op instructions/scheduling of my procedure. They made the entire process easy and lessened my fears. I’m excited about the upcoming surgery. When you are talking about your eyes and vision, you want a first class team like this one to take care of you. Highest recommendations!!!

Let me start this by saying I have worn a combination of glasses and contacts since 1998 and today - the day after Dr. George performed my surgery - is the best I've ever seen in my life. The staff is kind, competent, and helpful. All of my interactions were positive and treatment-oriented. Dr. George is an absolutely incredible surgeon. He has a great bedside manner and if you're considering putting your eyes in someone's hands you wont find better ones. The procedure itself is fast and painless. Dr. George and his staff will make sure of your comfort before, during, and after the surgery. I can say with total confidence that this was money very well spent.
