You are mistaken. We are not an insurance company. You recently had a storm. As we have stated to you previously, you have storm damage due to violent storms in your neighborhood. We have replaced that roof twice due to wind storms with the previous owner of your house within a 4 yr period. It happens frequently where a property owner has a brand new roof and within weeks, months or a year the same property is damaged again by storms. Insurance companies would not cover the damage if this wasn't true.
However, you know this because we have told you this several times via email, texts and phone conversations. We don't understand your hang ups on the issue. We also recommend that you use a different roofing company for the new roof. As per your verbal abuse and threats towards our employees, we choose not to have you as a customer.
