(November 10, 2020, 12:15 pm)Rich and his crew at Vivid are top tier in their field. We had 2 accidents in a short timeframe with 2 separate claims. Vivid (Lindsay) worked directly with the insurance company to ease the burden on us. Lindsay called me every day with an update on progress, expected timeline, etc. We experienced NONE of this from our insurance provider so the high touch communications were a welcomed surprise. The work itself was absolutely perfect! Front and rear end work completed and look better than new. If you have any body work to be done...Vivid should be your first and only choice. Thank you Rick, Lindsay and the whole team for providing the level of quality service and customer communication that you do!

The quality of work was great and her car was ready when they said it would be. My mom is very picky and she was pleased with the repair. I'd definitely recommend Vivid Body Shop for any repairs

(September 26, 2020, 9:38 am)I took my car in for routine maintenance, getting my brake fluid flushed and replaced, getting some electrical fixed with my horn (a known issue with the Dodge Dart) and having them do my inspection. They said it might be a while to get everything done and I didn’t mind I was going to go shopping. Before I was done shopping, I was getting the call that my car was ready. It took them no time at all and they had everything perfect. My car was running great and the staff was so friendly. Rich Johnson the owner helped go over my bill for everything that they did and it came out way cheaper than what the dealership quoted me! This place is fantastic, good people with great customer care and service. I can’t thank them enough!
(August 14, 2020, 10:39 am)Service was amazing and unmatched! I called asking for a grill replacement(I purchased my own) and was in and out within 40 minutes. I even brought a lip kit to see if that could be put on and they did everything for a very affordable price. Great shop even better people! Will be doing more business here in the future
