Meredith Kriz is one of the most caring, compassionate, non-judgmental and reasonable people I’ve ever known. She’s gentle, brilliant and understanding. She’s a natural at putting people at ease.

Elina Kharmats is my personal counselor. I was very hesitant and nervous to begin therapy. She met me where I was at that point in my life and she has given me tools which built my confidence to take many scary steps forward in my journey. She is thought-provoking and intelligent. I highly recommend Elina. She is fantastic.

Adrienne Ahr has been working with my teenage daughter. She had been going to counseling prior to seeing Adrienne, but was indifferent about her progress or even if therapy was beneficial.
