We love this office! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The doctors take their time with their patients and make sure all concerns have been met. I’m so glad we found Pediatric Healthcare Associates!

Our son is almost 18 and we have been seeing Dr. Menchaca since he was about 3 or 4 years old. Technically my son could switch to a physician who sees adult patients but he would rather sit in a room decorated for kids so he can see Dr. Menchaca. Over the years she has built trust with us as parents but MOST importantly she's built trust with my son. He recently asked her opinion on masks. I loved that he had the comfort level with her to start that conversation. Over the years we have had a few scares and she has always been right there with us to guide us through it all. We absolutely love her. Through broken bones, concussions, pneumonia, asthma, and what feels like a million other issues, she has always been someone we could trust. A handful of times we have experienced longer wait times, but the times we went in with big and urgent issues we absolutely appreciated her extra time and attention. So we don't mind waiting with a sore throat or a sinus infection because we know she's giving another family all that they need in that moment. She's worth waiting for. ***And SHOUT OUT TO TINA*** Tina, you are always so helpful over the phone, even if you are telling us something we don't want to hear (like, you need to go to an ER, for example hahaha!) you do it respectfully and with professionalism.

My 4 children have been seeing Dr. Frank since we came to the area in 2015. We have lived in several places, have had several pediatricians in all of our moves, and have found Dr. Frank to be the best doctor we’ve had! She is always caring, thorough and friendly. Talks to my older kids directly about their health and helps them understand details. We love her and her staff and have had many experiences where they have gone out of their way to help us. We trust our children’s care to PHA! We have also seen the rest of the doctors and nurses at PHA and have been happy with their care and attentiveness. Make you feel like their time is yours while you are there.
