I went for pillows today and Mike was very helpful and attentive whole time. I tried different types of pillows and had good enough information from Mike. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended !

Mike was an absolute delight! He took time to help us look up warranty information COMPLETELY ON HIS OWN. We didn't ask him to do anything, we just mentioned an issue we had in conversation while he was checking stock for the items we purchased and turns out we were still in warranty when we thought for sure we weren't and he gave us all the contact information and instructions we needed. Gave us tips on how to care for the items we currently own and was genuinely nice the entire time. I'll call and make sure he's working before I come back for any future bedding needs because I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Buying a mattress from Sleep Experts was such an enjoyable experience. Mike, the Store Manager, spent considerable time with me and my husband to make sure we purchased a high quality mattress that would ensure a good night’s sleep. Just one week earlier, we had purchased a mattress online from another company, but we decided to return it because it was terribly uncomfortable. Mike shared his vast knowledge of mattresses with us and guided us in our selection. We ended up purchasing a Kingsdown Body Essential Plush. Mike is the ultimate professional and I would suggest making this store your first stop when buying a mattress.

Grant was a wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. He took time with us and explained all of our options. We went in to purchase just one mattress for our bedroom but ended up purchasing one for us and a different one for each of our kids, 3 total. We feel comfortable and confident in the decisions we made. After selecting our mattresses, he walked us through mattress protector and pillow options. He made them options and did not force or push any up sell. We ended buying both by our choice, again not feeling obligated or persuaded. We spent a considerable amount of money tonight but we excited and looking forward to sleeping well and in comfort as soon as all the new stuff is delivered in a few days.
