I’ve brought my family to Dr Francis for the last few years. Great experiences all around. The staff is friendly and genuine needs are addressed/treated.

Brought my wife to see Dr. Francis after she had broken a part of her front tooth. Dr. Francis explained everything and gave several options to choose from regarding the methods to repair her tooth. My wife is very happy and mentioned how gentle he was during the entire procedure. He is very kind, personable, gentle and takes his time to understand his patient's needs.

Moved to McKinney a little over a year ago. During one of my early morning dog (Husky and Pit Bull) walks, I found Dr. Francis's office. My current Dentist is now over 1-hour away so thought I would check Dr. Francis out. Hands-down Dr. Francis, and all his staff, are incredible! AND, the prices are very reasonable! "Even a blind pig can occasionally find an acorn"!!

I loved it from the minute I walked in. Very laid back atmosphere. It was an extremely comfortable place. Not pushy, didn’t tell me I needed work when I didn’t and explained everything in detail. They were all really professional and it felt like I had known them forever. Dr. Francis took the time to actually talk to me and ask questions.

All of the above are well demonstrated upon every visit.

Clean comfortable lobby. Kind polite front desk. Teeth cleaning are painless and dentist review after cleaning is fast. Payments are processed quickly. A BIG Thank You to all involved EVERY VISIT FOR OVER A DECADE!
