(October 1, 2022, 10:27 am)I broke the key inside the lock while turning it. It was terrible. My dog heard that I was outside, but he couldn’t understand why I was not entering. He was barking all the time. Still don’t know who was more horrified - my dog or me. Thanks for coming fast and fixing everything.
(September 9, 2022, 10:03 am)Rob was very helpful and understanding, there was some issues but he was able to fix them! Even though I gave Rob a 5 star I would give customer service zero stars! They are so hard to work with, they use refunding your money as leverage if you leave a bad review. I will never be using Sure lock and Key ever again.
