Swig

I go to this Swig almost everyday as I work in the same plaza. I live in Little Elm, and although there is another location closer to me, on my days off a lot of the time I still drive out to this location because everyone that works here is awesome. Best customer service of all the Swigs in the area. I feel like this location really cares about getting to know you and your order, I can’t express enough how great everyone who works here is.

If you’re a Diet Coke fan, I highly recommend a DC with vanilla cream - It’s addictive. Also, the tumblrs are some of the best cups I’ve ever owned at keeping your drink cold for hours.

We love Swig! I was so excited when this one opened closer to where I live.
Today when I came by and was a little dissatisfied though. I had ordered two cookies and asked if I could have them warmed up. I was told that this was no problem and that I should let the person at the window know. When I pulled up to the window and asked I was told that they wouldn’t be able to do that at this moment. I Iet them know that I could wait and they just awkwardly said no…. When I was handed the cookies they were really cold.
I loved the drink though and the first associate I talked to was really nice. The cookie thing just kind of threw me off. Everyone has a bad day sometimes though.
I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone!

Every time I visit this Swig, it’s the best experience. This is the best Swig in the state! The management did such a great job training this team. They are always so sweet.

Great place for soda cocktails. Awesome customer service. The have sodas, sparkling water, energy drinks and cookies. It's just a drive thru place, no fine in. The line moves pretty fast.
