Red Oak Family Dentistry

This was my first visit to Red Oak Family Dentistry and everyone is super friendly. Chelsea is awesome and successfully wears many hats! Always made sure I was comfortable, kept checking on me, and made what is normally a nerve-wracking experience very calming. And Dr. Basati is terrific. Being a new patient, she went over everything in great detail, answered all my questions, & made sure I understood everything. And she even did my cleaning! Thank you, both, for a good first experience!

My husband and I just moved here from Seattle and had been with the same dentist for over 35 years. We feel so fortunate to have found Red Oak Dentistry! The staff were very friendly and professional. We were really impressed with the level of technology the practice utilizes. My hygienist, Andrea, and Dr. Basati took the time to get to know me and made me feel comfortable and at ease through the appointment. I also want to commend the front office staff. They were very friendly and welcoming.

My family is happy to have Red Oak Family Dentistry. They’re the BEST! We have been going for almost 7 years. Dr. Do is passionate and dedicated to his work, and we truly appreciate the honesty of his services. He is not just for making money but has integrity. We also LOVE Ms. Grace—she is amazing, kind and one of the BEST hygienist. Thank you!

I'm not sure who else can say that a visit to their dentist is like coming home to extended family that you truly love and enjoy being around. I love Dr. Do is amazing and always receptive to questions, concerns and does what he can to meet his patients where they are. I've never felt judged or pressured in his presence. Our main squeeze is our hygienist, Grace. I truly feel she is an angel walking on Earth. She loves our kiddo like her own, too. The front staff is always welcoming and puts in extra effort to get us on the books when we're wanting. To top it off, this practice gives back to our community in Mckinney. They're a wonderful practice and I feel they are what is missing in the field of dentistry.

This is an update with a shoutout to Chelsea who is just truly a very, very more than competent assistant.

I’m generally not one to write reviews of this nature but my experience at Red Oak Dentistry has been so terrific that I just felt compelled to give them their due. This practice was originally recommended to me by a good friend and they (Red Oak) certainly lived up to it. So yes, this is an unqualified endorsement (and no, I’m not being paid to do this!).
