From the moment I walked into the beautiful office space, I felt welcomed and comfortable thanks to the warm and friendly receptionists.
Lindsey was the best and I must say, I could not have asked for a better experience. She was not only sweet and personable, but also incredibly knowledgeable and expert in her field. She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and explained every step of the procedure in detail so I knew exactly what to expect.
I was a bit nervous about getting Botox for the first time, but Lindsey's gentle touch and calm demeanor put me at ease right away. She truly has a gift for this work, and her attention to detail and precision made me feel confident in her abilities.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hartwater Aesthetics and would highly recommend Lindsey and the team to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back soon! -

(April 19, 2023, 12:07 pm)Recently moving to Dallas from LA I didn’t know if I would be able to find a practice that compared to what I had become accustomed to in Beverly Hills CA. Finding Hartwater Aesthetics has blown every other place I’ve ever been to out of the water! It is so luxurious and professional at the same time. The quality of care I received is like no other. They were able to access my needs and recommend procedures that have never been offered to me before. With only a few visits, my 59 yr old face already looks a natural 10 yrs younger!

There’s a reason this place has such great reviews. The front desk is just a pleasant experience. Audrey is so helpful and she’s definitely a great ice breaker when you’re a first time patient! She helped me get comfortable and was very knowledgeable. Then I went in to see Lindsey and she made me feel super comfortable. Answered all my questions and made my face look beautiful! I was still me just the more refreshed version of myself! Love this place 😊 -

(January 18, 2023, 3:22 pm)So we all know in the aesthetic business, the products are just about the same everywhere. What makes Hartwater standout and above is the team. They have a way of making you feel like you are their only patient and good friend!
I’ve been with Lindsey now for about a year. She has this warmth about her that makes you feel like you are the most important person. She will not do any procedure or needlework that will make you look not like yourself. She accentuates your beauty so that you not only look amazing but feel amazing as well.
Dr Burris is just as amazing as his daughter, Lindsey. He looks you directly in the eye when he speaks to you. He is sincere and genuine in his work and communication with his patients.
I’ve only had a couple of interactions with Stephanie but she definitely is cut from the same cloth as Lindsey and Dr Burris!
Last but definitely not least, is the amazing team at the front desk. They’re friendly and so unpretentious.
I just can’t say enough nice things about the entire staff!
