  Charles Russell and the entire team at Russell Realty Group are top-notch professionals who will work tirelessly to get you the best possible outcome. Charles, his wife Bethany, Nick, and their assistant Kelli were all absolutely amazing to work with when we sold our home in February 2023.
  Charles and Bethany were incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and they were able to give us sound advice every step of the way. They were always available and responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and made sure that we were kept in the loop on the progress of our sale. They accomplished all of this with honesty, warmth, and respect.

  Charles and Bethany Russell have helped us on three separate transactions now and have helped our family members additionally as well. They are the highest quality of professionals and are our go-to for any of our real estate questions or needs. They go above and beyond answering questions and taking action if necessary even well outside of normal business hours. On top of that they truly listen to your goals and needs and proactively make you aware of details you may have missed. Of the three transactions we have done with them they helped us purchase two properties below list and sell one property significantly above ask and with multiple offers in a matter of 1-2 days. I think this speaks again to their market knowledge and their marketing expertise on the sales side. Again, we can not say enough good things about Charles, Bethany and their team, we will definitely be working with them again on our next transaction!

  Charles and Bethany went the extra mile to help with the sale of my dad's house. I was afraid the process would be challenging since I am not in the Dallas area. Charles, Bethany and team made sure that all the documents were in order (even driving them over to my dad's and explained each document) and kept us on track with repairs. We were amazed at the interest that as generated for dads house. We had over 8 offers and ended up selling OVER asking price!! Thanks, Russell realty group!!

  Charles and team were wonderful to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way. Bethany did a great job staging and marketing the home. Kelli was also a joy to work with. They helped take the stress out of a such a big transaction! Thank you to the team!

  I am so, so grateful for Bethany, Charles, and the entire team at Russell Realty Group for the incredible job they did with selling our house. They were so knowledgeable and genuine, and I felt in VERY good and trustworthy hands every step of the way. I knew almost nothing about selling a house and needed to be out of state during the process plus juggling so much else personally, so it was such a blessing to be able to rely on their help and expertise. They went well above and beyond to take care of the house as their own. I can't recommend them highly enough - they combine both top-notch skill and expertise with being genuinely kind and honest people who are doing this as a true service to help others. They would be our lifetime real estate agents if they were in our state!
