Westcreek Ranch Apartments

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received here at Westcreek Ranch. Community Manager Celeste Noeggerath was very helpful and professional. The apartments are nice and clean as well.

The trees in community make it a beautiful atmosphere. Apartment was an updated one so looks brand new. Celeste & Jermaine completed by request quickly and efficiently. Their work ethic is touch notch.

Lived here for two years. Rent didn't go up. Maintenance people were friendly. Always used the maintenance work request. Respond time varies from a day to three. But didn't have any major problem. Other residents were friendly. Parking can be a issue depending on which side you lived on. 4 star because dumpster was always a issue. It was full all the time. Some residents didn't care and just dump it on the ground. Some of the trash would fall into the storm drain. Eco not friendly.

I have been a resident here for awhile, and during this time the experience has been wonderful. If I've had any issues the staff handles it promptly and professionally. I would recommend to anyone to live here. Also the other residents are very friendly, and this is a safe place to live.
