I am super picky when it comes to my food taste and temperature, so I ask for fresh okra to be made. Not once has anyone given me a hard time or said "we can't do that" or etc. My request has always been honored and my okra comes out EXACTLY how I like it. I'm usually served and greeted by the same employees who are all amazing. But there are two guys, Desmond and Francisco, who I see almost every visit, who are consistently displaying exemplary customer service. Both guys are very kind and efficient. “Excellent brand new 14 screen movie theatre. Box office and kiosks are all inside, and all seats are reserved. Love the concession set where you can grab what you need in a long counter area and then pay at the end, this way you don't get stuck in the wrong line behind one group that orders everything. Just grab what you want and go! Coke Freestyle machines where you can dispense your own soda in tons of flavors and they even have grab and go Pizza Hut! Concession options are really great overall. The auditoriums are very nice for every size with full leather recliners and tables for your food, they even have heated seats in every room! My favorite part so far is that they have later showtimes than most other theaters nearby which is the best. Just reserve your ticket and seat in the Cinemark app and you're good to go, walk right up to concessions and into your theater. They even have a nice cafe with Blue Bell ice cream and drinks both coffee and alcohol. All around an incredible theatre, Cinemark really hit the spot with this one!”
