“ReadiVet came into our lives at a low point when the health of our beloved cat of 16 years suddenly changed for the worse over Memorial Day weekend. Not wanting to stress Genie more by taking her to a vet, I texted ReadiVet on Sunday to see if they had any openings the following week. Much to my gratefulness, Sonia called me Monday morning and arranged for Dr. Hyde and Heather to come. Dr. Hyde and Heather were gentle, knowledgeable and prompt, and they answered all of our questions and provided us with options. It was discovered that Genie’s kidneys were failing and due to her age and prognosis, we had to make the unexpected and difficult decision of not letting her suffer any longer. The whole process was emotionally difficult, and through it all, the care, compassion and patience that Dr. Hyde, Heather and Sonia showed us meant more than they may realize. Now, two months after Genie crossed the rainbow bridge, I still miss her terribly. But the sad memories of saying good bye to her are uplifted by ReadiVet‘s gentleness, kindness and respect. “We saw Dr. Philofsky a couple years ago when my daughter needed her tooth exposed for orthodontics. He was so patient, gentle and professional. It was a wonderful experience. Dr. Philofsky's office worked with our orthodontist to get my daughter's tooth exposed, and chained so we could slowly pull it down with braces. It was a huge success and allowed us to save her tooth. I don't know what we would have done without him.”

The service was alright, but we figured it was probably because staff was working on Christmas Eve. Chocolate and plain croissants were our fave, and they tasted good. It was also nice to see that they had a savory flavored croissant. I have had the pleasure of working with them over the last few months in the San Antonio area, due to the hail storm there have been MANY roofing teams come through our doors. From sun up to sun down, I’ve seen them make multiple trips to ensure Their customer is pleased with quality product, service and doing what it takes to meet timelines.... there have been days that these guys were the first ones at the branch to get an early start and YES we’ve assisted them after hours when need be.... they are very easy to work with in all situations, even when things arent as seamless as we would like them to be, they’re always patient and understanding. “I have two children that attend Wonderland Montessori Academy of Mckinney. My daughter who is 4 years old has had such an improvement that is beyond my expectations her teachers take the time to teach one on one as she sometimes gets distracted and needs that extra attention. Also,she is never late and most of time early to get things rolling. Last but not least is the lady who just started. I have been working in this area for a little over a year now and staying here. I have no complaints with the staff and their services.
