B.J. Harman Music Studio

Mrs. Harman is an amazing piano teacher. She fosters the love of piano in her students. She is kind, but knows how to gently push her students to a higher level. My daughter has been taking from her for about 7 years. She lets her students pick out the music they want to play. This is important and will keep your kids in piano. My daughter loves Mrs. Harman so much, she has continued to play through high school and marching band. I'm so thankful for her.

Wonderful music instructor. She is very knowledgeable and moves lessons forward at a pace that is both challenging and fun for adults. She has also been doing virtual lessons recently and, while I was hesitant about making progress via this medium, I do not feel that the quality of the lessons has diminished in any way.

My son started taking piano lessons with B.J. a few years ago. He has blossomed under her guidance. She is wonderful with working with him and is very understanding of his varied interests! She provides her students with a multitude of activities and events to participate in. She keeps my son motivated and helps him to consistently grow. She is able to provide music education in a way that is fun and engaging for her students!!

Mrs. Harman is an amazing piano teacher! She has taught my son for 3 years. She plans and organizes lessons based on my son’s learning level and skill (& goes at his pace). Mrs. Harman prepares her students for performances, recitals, competitions, and music assessments. She positively supports my son and recognizes the progress in ALL of her students by giving supportive effective feedback.

This is an incredible piano and music teacher. I love how she combines stretching and growing the kids with understanding and patience. Her knowledge of music and the areas of opportunity for students are unparalleled. We travel all the way from Frisco to see her and wouldn’t consider switching.
