Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Melissa, TX

Very cute place for kids to get a haircut. Everyone was very sweet and nice. My oldest got her haircut just like she wanted. Last minute my youngest wanted hers cut too, even though they were booked the receptionist was so sweet and offered to give her adorable braids which just thrilled her. They also loved the extras at the end. Great service and experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Mindy! Her calm, positive presence helped my 24 month old be relaxed—plus sitting in a cool racecar chair while watching his favorite show on their TV didn’t hurt either. 😂 Also a cup of puffs I brought helped the transition into the chair be smooth. Anyway, Mindy listened carefully to what I asked for and asked lots of questions and made adjustments to make sure I was happy with it before we left. We love his cute shaggy hair in the before photo, but he looks super cute with his fresh cut! Thanks Mindy!

We love Sharky’s in Melissa! I’ve taken my two year old son here twice, and we’ve had excellent experiences both times. Mindy and Marion are both wonderful stylists and were so sweet to my toddler. It’s easy to book an appointment online, the facilities are cute and clean, and the service is exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!

This has been the ONLY place where our soon to be 2.5 year old son has allowed a stylist to cut his hair all the way. It’s been a struggle everywhere else to the point of leaving without a service because he cries and won’t sit still. His haircuts have always involved him sitting on my lap with my husband and I holding his arms and legs. Yesterday while at Sharkey’s he still cried but we didn’t need to hold him and his cut was absolutely precious. Q was his stylist and she was so amazing and had a great personality, smiling through it all. Highly recommend coming here. And side note, even my husband liked it there because according to him they have the new Xbox to play with lol

My daughters hair turned out so cute and she loved getting her nails painted while we were there. Opening weekend didn’t go as expected but the owner greeted us at the door and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you, we’ll be back!
