I had a great experience with J&K. Our shower faucet handle broke off after I turned it on so we couldn't shut the water off. So, we needed a new faucet cartridge and handle. We worked with American Homeshield to get J&K out to our house. The technician was on-time, wore a mask, was polite, communicated throughout the repair with me, showed me what he did, cleaned up, and tested it before he left. All this was done in less than an hour! We have our shower back! I would highly recommend J&K!

Jake showed up on time and fixed my leaking spigot within 15 mins of arrival. Not only that, but he explained the source of the leak and gave me advice on how to keep the spigot well maintained going forward. Couldn't have been a better experience!!
