(June 22, 2022, 11:07 am)When we decided to get a golf cart, I started the DFW Google Maps search of all the places to look, and Plano Golf Cart stood out with not only the high rating but the reviews. They had a common theme, great selection, no sales pressure, under promising and over delivering, and excellent service after the delivery. When we went in only to look around and get an idea of costs, we met Ken. He just showed us around and explained the various colors, wheels, lifts, seats, and fun options. In 45 minutes, we had determined exactly what we wanted and asked him to work up a cost. We bought it without searching anywhere else because our experience was like the previous reviews we read. Post sale - delivered to our house earlier than expected and the fit/finish is excellent. We've driven it the 5 days since and really enjoy it.

Their work is impeccable! Their prices are honest and fair. They communicate well every stage of the process. Want a golf cart? Go see Ken and his team a PGC. You won’t be disappointed!

Mike and DJ educated us (as first time golf cart buyers) on what to look for when shopping around. They wanted to make sure we were taken care, even if we didn't buy from them. From start to finish, the Team at Plano Golf Carts treated us like family. That's why after looking at other carts, we came right back to buy from them. (September 17, 2021, 1:13 pm)We had an amazing experience with Plano Golf Carts. The owner is SO knowledgeable and friendly. We never knew there was so much we didn’t know about golf carts! He answered all of our questions and offered helpful info. His prices are super reasonable. He took time to explain each piece and part, what it does, and how to keep it working and healthy. During pick up, he went over everything we needed to know. He also implied us to call with ANY questions that might come up. Our cart is beautiful and we love it already! We would definitely recommend Plano Golf Carts to anyone looking for a great buying experience!

I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Ken, the owner, as he was out of town yesterday when I bought my custom cart—but he took the time on his own vacation to work out a deal with me over the phone. His staff does amazing work for a reasonable price—and they cut 0 corners on their vehicles. Don’t look anywhere else—this is where you need to buy your custom golf cart!!
