(January 14, 2023, 8:24 pm)It suits my needs. Crystal is great. I am in the smallest unit. Ive only experienced one price hike. If it happens again, I will have to consider moving. Focus on retaining long term customers. I understand your a business but dont run off people who have been here for an extra $10 a month. Play the long game.
