  One of the best things that happened to me has happened when I met Dr. Meenakshi Gupta in 2015. She has been my Ayurvedic guide and mentor since then. Under her care and supervision I have learned about Ayurveda, its approach to the body and nutrition that I adhere and follow since taking care of my and my family's health.
  
  Dr. Meenakshi's patience, care, experience and encouragement is what allowed me to successfully change multiple aspects of my diet and the lifestyle with accordance to my Ayurvedic dosha type. These changes took a while to implement and get used to but it was well worth it as I was able to significally improve my skin condition, resolve for good several digestive issues, stop gum receding, strengthen immune system, loose and maintain my weight, as well as to learn to cook delicious and healthy Ayurvedic dishes! Twice a year I do Ayurvedic detox called Panchakarma - it's a powerful stuff and it works wonders! Dr. Meenakshi is a master of Panchakarma, she provides this and many other Aurvedic health procedure services as well.
  I trust Meenakshi with my most valuable asset - my health, and I recommed her to everyone who wants to take responsibility for their health and learn what to do to prevent disease, sovle existing health problems and save tons of money on healthcare!

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Gupta for nearly 8 months now, and I have seen improvements in my overall well-being. The concept of an ancient practice of Ayurvedic medicine was very new to me. I wanted to try and heal my body naturally without the use of conventional synthetic medicines, but through the use of herbal supplements and essential oils. I’m very pleased with my services and the care that Dr. Gupta has given me. This is not a quick fix to your health problems, so do not go in expecting this. However, do go in ready to change your lifestyle habits to improve your overall health and mental state of mind.
