So I ordered some washable bed pads and got the wrong size, I sent a form explaining my problem and had a call within 30 minutes telling me they're sending the correct size tomorrow and I can even keep the other ones, no charge, no returns! Absolutely fantastic customer service. I am blown away. 10/10 recommend, I cannot say enough good about this situation! Not to mention the prices are incredibly reasonable and from what I can tell so far the quality is great! I will absolutely not use anyone else for any medical supplies in the future, you've got my life long support :)
