Huffines Collision Plano

I have had two vehicles fixed at Huffines . Both came back looking as good as when they came out of the factory. This time I had driven over some wet paint in the middle of the street. I tried getting some of it off and it was going to be a nightmare. When I brought my truck in for repairs. Not only did they do the repair from the accident but they also buffed out all of the splattered paint down both sides of my truck. They didn’t even mention to me that they did it. I had forgotten about the paint splatter . When I remembered I went to check to see if it was still there and it is completely gone! What a great company!

Russell Warren and Joey are absolutely amazing!! Let’s be honest- no one wants to get into a car accident or have to take your car to a body shop because that means $$$ and people who try to exploit you rather than help you. However, Russel took the time to talk to me, answer my questions, and EVEN go to bat for me regarding shady insurance adjusters. He called to check in on me even after the car was deemed totaled and his job was technically done. You can’t beat service like this anywhere else I guarantee it! Hopefully I never go through this again, but If I do, I will definitely be going back to Huffines in Plano!!

Russell kept me informed every step of the way. He was punctual in his responses to emails and voice mails. Hopefully I won’t have to be back to the Collision Center, but if I do, I’ll come back.
