There's not much to say when all the news is positive. The visit was very constructive, as usual. Good interaction with first assistant--she heard me! Excellent examination by Dr. Castleberry. His expertise continues to astound me.

I’ve been coming here for years. Dr. Tran is always a joy. He’s professional and always so friendly and upbeat.

This time I received assistance from Erica in their glasses department and she was also very attentive and sweet. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Castleberry is simply wonderful! He is professional, very thorough, and honest. The staff is great also. Office was nice and clean. I witnessed detailed sanitizing and felt extra safe. All equipment is state of the art! I highly recommend Plano Eye Associates! You will not be disappointed.

There aren't enough good things to say about this business so I'll keep it short. Professional, clean, efficient, SAFE, and most importantly, very good at what they do. The examination itself and Dr. Tran give you the sense that they are at the height of technology and intelligence in the eye business.

Aside from the exam and the office experience in general the optics team is absolutely the best I have ever worked with. Madison is a sweetheart and was very fantastic in selecting glasses based on my prescription and my appearance. She helped me choose some amazing new glasses and guided me through great upgrades to the lenses- glasses have come a long way. The entire team seemed committed to helping customers and most importantly keeping the space clean and sanitized.

I will be trusting Plano Eye with my eyes for the rest of my life!

Dr. Tran is my vision care doctor and has been for many years. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and takes the time needed to address any questions his patients may have. His chair side manner is how others should be! His staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and help patients feel valued. Jerry was my tech who took care of all my preliminary tests, and I enjoyed his positive, witty chair side manner as well. I would recommend Plano Eye Associates, on Coit Road near Spring Creek, to anyone needing caring, professional vision care.
