Inner Strength Martial Arts

I could go on forever about this school, but for simplicity's sake, I'll just keep it at this:
I have been a student of this school for over a decade, and even though I'm only one rank above white belt after all that time, I've learned far more than I would have anywhere else. This school is truly a self-defense-centric martial arts school for that reason. You will learn to defend yourself in more ways than in just a physical sense here. Whether you're a kid looking for 'karate' or in your 50's looking for a way to stay fit, I can say confidently this school is the best one I've ever seen in person.

The martial arts school within this rec center is a hidden gem. Registration for classes is through the City of Plano rec center and they fill quickly. Great instruction, reasonable price, and not a "belt factory" school where your child just advances for showing up to class (or at the end of each session) - they actually have to demonstrate their skills. Highly recommend.
