I had to provide renters insurance proof to my new apartment company with their name listed as an interested party. Of course I forgot to add the company when signing up online. Monique understood exactly what my apartment wanted and was able to provide me with the best option to update my fairly new policy prior to my move-in date. Everything went smoothly and without a hassle.
Bob Redding has been our agent for many years for all of our insurance needs. He and his wonderful staff have always been there for us and made everything easy for us. Thank you Bob!
I've been a policy holder since 1980 and have consistently received excellent service. You can always reach someone live and the Redding group is always friendly, knowledgeable and can always provide answers and solve issues. Wouldn't have anyone else as my agent.
I have been a client of the Bob Redding State Farm Agency for close to three decades. This is a very professional Agency and dealing with Monique is a true pleasure.
Keep up the good work !!!
When my parents lived in Texas during the '80's, Bob Redding was their insurance agent, and they were always pleased with his service. When I got married, 30 years ago (yikes), my husband and I signed with Bob as well. I have always been more than pleased with Bob and his staff. They always answer my questions promptly, and we receive numerous discounts for having all of our policies with State Farm. Over the years, we have shopped our coverage with other agents, but even when the bids have come in a little lower, we have made the decision to stay with Bob Redding and State Farm because good customer service matters! Thanks Bob!
