Sure that's part of his job, but he really is so flippin nice and patient and informative. I've switched my location of CarX from Anderson to Eastgate strictly because of my one interaction with Herb. That man brings honor to the face of this company. If anyone ever asks me for a mechanic shop; it's always Eastgate CarX!
