Elite Care 24 Hour Emergency Room - Plano

Today 3/15 reminds me of last year when I was rushed to the ER by my daughter, after a long wait of hours at Parkland to see the doctor. We were well received at Elite care and immediately booked in. Thank you to all that attended to me....Lydia, RN Carla, RT, Fatima Reg.Y'all made sure I was comfortable and treated. I definitely was impressed by how everyone was handsome at 1am an on to see that I got the treatment. This is the place to go to for any urgent care that you may be needing. Forever grateful 🙏

After looking everywhere to get a rapid Covid test ASAP, I found this place. I was able to get an appointment in just a few hours. Their automated system was easy to use. Upon arrival, the workers were super nice and helpful. In total I was there for maybe 15 minutes. So great! I highly recommend this place.

Thankfully I have never had to attend an ER clinic, but due to an emergency I had to find the nearest clinic. My experience could not have been better! Melissa at the front was incredibly nice and helpful. RN Jimmy is an awesome dude— he was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. Dr. McNair is the kind of doctor you’d want to visit under any circumstances— very nice, great sense of humor, and undoubtedly wholehearted.
I can’t imagine the amount of stress and work that they have been under, especially during the holiday season, but you would never guess by how awesome the entire staff is. Great people!

I had the opportunity to visit last night for an emergency, and it was a busy night for EC. With patience and observation of the beautiful facility it didn't seem long. Rachel was extremely informative of my wait time, Carla was such a sweet tech, and Lydia was so kind with me in my painful state. Lastly, Dr. Dannemiller was very informative and listened to my needs. I was grateful for my care team. YOU ALL ROCK!

The team there were fast, efficient, kind and comforting. The process to sign up for the rapid test was quick and easy to do. I signed up for the "wait list" at about 3pm and received a text saying that they were able to see me at around 630pm. When I arrived, the total process from waiting to go inside (because only so many people can be inside at a time) to being seated and getting tested took about 10 mins. The two nurses that attended to me were super friendly and made the test not so scary - it was my first time taking one. They are practicing good social distancing, and safety measures during and after the testing, cleaning the area before and after each patient. I got my results back within an hour of being seen. It's that fast! If you need a rapid test and want to be treated with kindness and care, this is the place to go.

I can not express how deeply grateful I am to the staff here. I have a number of health problems and am quite the frequent visitor to hospitals and emergency rooms. Dr. Dianne muller in my opinion is the absolute best doctor out there. His compassion overflows through his being. He actually takes the time to listen and understand you which is rare in doctors. This man should be given a medal for his bedside manner in all honesty. Lydia an RN is also amazing. She knows how to keep it lighthearted and funny even when you are struggling and scared and it such a relief to have people like this in the world that make the pain a little more bearable because they have REAL, honest and sincere passion for their patients. When I go I don’t feel like I’m just another patient to them. I feel like they honestly care about me as a human being and that cannot be expressed in words.
