shout out to the employee this morning whose hot drink machine went out but still tended to every customer with a great attitude. starbucks employees go through a lot with customers and still go above & beyond!

The new location in Prosper, TX is pretty good except they tend to forget my extra affogoto on top of my Frappuccino. They have a lot more product on hand than some other locations so you can usually get your first choice.

Amazing team. Very personable and above and beyond to making the perfect drink for me. Great people also have a conversation and very skilled at remembering drinks, faces, and names. They bring friendliness, service, and drinks to new levels.

I've seen them interact with little kids and the kids respond with loving the attention and talking more to the team.

Thy are kings and queens!
