Let’s talk about Dylan! He had the most amazing customer service! He helped me figure out the best deals. New phone. New DirecTV Stream. And all with a winning personality and smile! Love this location.

Came in on a visit from Florida and on a whim decided to go In and purchase a smart watch for my boyfriend. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile from Pelina. I was asked by several associates if I needed assistance but I was already being helped by a guy that gets an A+ in my book....Nick. Talk about thorough, patient, knowledgeable, let me just say that he went above and beyond, far above what we ever expected while assisting us. From giving us information on changing our plan to even calling another location looking for a product. This location, the service is top notch. Nick,, Pelina, Jose...thank you! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

The store manager , Jose, was super friendly and took care of my need in a timely manner. At first I was welcomed by a sweet African American lady by the door. She was friendly and took care of my initial need but we had some technical difficulties. She reached out to Jose and together, they got everything fixed. I don't think I would go anywhere else to get service from AT&T. Thank you guys 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I had the most amazing experience at this store. When we first entered, we were immediately greeted, put on the wait list and our expectations for our wait were reasonably set. Then Dylan came to help us and he is phenomenal, amazing, funny, and so willing to help. He took the time to break everything down, go over exactly what we were gonna pay, and what we were paying for. I had no surprises of what I was going to pay. Because of him, we ported all 3 numbers plus got a watch. He was accommodating as well and answered all my little questions. He had extensive knowledge of the products and services and if he didn't know, he was willing to take the time to find out. I had such an amazing experience and when you go, because you should go here, please ask for Dylan because he will give you the best customer service.

Taylor is an awesome associate. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the service that he offered.
