Best decision I ever made was choosing to do my rhinoplasty with Dr. Bader. I was so nervous going in and was very specific about what I did and didn’t want. He is so patient and truly knows what he is doing. I am now 11 months post op and still dealing with a lot of swelling and need to get some touch ups done on my nostrils, so I don’t know what the final final form of my nose is going to be but so far I’ve been obsessed with it and I fully trust his work and the guidance of his staff. Also, Jill and Kim are amazing! Thanks for being so patient with me guys

I have heard great things about Dr. Bader for years. The anesthesiologists & OR crews know who the good surgeons are, & he came highly recommended as one of the best facial cosmetic surgeons in the DFW area.

Yet, Dr. Bader & his staff still managed to exceed my expectations.

My nose looks better than I could have even hoped for. It looks better than the morphs. And it fits my face perfectly.

I absolutely am in love with my new nose! I am almost 4 months post op and results so far are great and only going to get better! I was worried and scared how I’d look once the cast was off due to swelling, but my front profile was already cute. I have medium to thick skin. I have before and after photos. First two photos 3.5 weeks, third and 4th photo one month, fifth photo is 6 weeks, and last photo is my before.

Hands down Dr. Bader is the best! My experience from the first consultation visit to now 1 month post-op has been wonderful, the staff is awesome, super friendly and welcoming. The staff at the surgery center are also amazing, they took such good care of me.
Dr. Bader took the time to really understand what I wanted and I just can’t thank him enough for the amazing work he did. I’ve gotten so many compliments (at just 1 month post-op) and all I say is that my Dr. (Dr. Bader) is the best!!!

I researched for days on end trying to find a skilled surgeon who did ultrasonic rhinoplasty as I wanted the most controlled outcome possible and eventually settled on Dr Bader after seeing his work. I was initially nervous about getting this rhinoplasty and was terrified that the outcome may be unsatisfactory. I had three initial virtual consultations with Dr Bader (being that I’m in Ohio) before finally deciding to head down there for surgery in September. The day before surgery we had a final consultation that lasted about 35 minutes, Dr. Bader was very patient and honest with me as we went over the morphs, it took awhile to find something we agreed on but so worth it. The next day I went in for surgery, all of the nurses were awesome and the pain was literally nonexistent. I had no bruising whatsoever (keep in mind that an ultrasonic rhinoplasty is far less traumatic than a traditional rhinoplasty!) my cast was taken off a week later. The hardest part of the entire surgery is having the splints taken out. To make this already long review short, it was a practically PAINLESS procedure and I had a wonderful time in the hotel we stayed at. Dr. Bader really knows what he’s doing and his assistants are awesome as well! Now that the swelling has gone down, my nose is really looking good. 10/10
