I LOVE Dr Valente! What an amazing doctor, expert and caregiver. I was so nervous about my surgery and had over 25 questions a couple days before. Dr V. called me and spent almost an hour answering each question with compassion and facts. I knew at that moment I would be okay. Before and after the surgery he was attentive and caring (I'm sure he was during the surgery but I was knocked out). Dr. V. also kept my husband updated through the surgery to put his mind at ease. Dr V. is the only doctor I will ever see for my spine!

This review is one star less than perfect which is no reflection of Dr. V. as he is perfection. It is due to one of the of the officer workers who lacks compassion, follow-thru and just didn't care.

I made an appointment to see Dr Valente for my low back. In Plano. He took time to listen and analyze my low back. But he also spent time analyzing my cervical issues.

He explained a potential plan toward to first try to avoid surgery.

Dr Valente appears to enjoy his work and is very knowledgeable. I do recommend him.

Dr Mark Valente has a lot of training and experience in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. He has operated on my wife's herniated disc, and she had great results from his expertise. His team of doctors he works with inspired confidence in her, when she went into her surgery. The people who work for Disc Spine Institute are all very professional, and do a great job getting everything coordinated for the patient to get their surgery done.
