Dr. Shwaluk and the NTCHAF staff are amazing. I live about 200 miles from her office, but the ladies there go out of there way to make sure I'm taken care of. We can handle most things via mail, email and phone calls and I travel through there often enough to stop in when its needed. I went there because I knew I was too young to be feeling sick and tired all the time and my doctors couldn't give me any answers. I was plagued by migraines, IBS and my doctor's were always testing me for Lupus because I had so many symptoms. I would say that I was running on an energy level of about 15% of what I thought was normal. I had energy drinks and standing desk at work because I would fall asleep if I sat too long. After following the program Dr. Shwaluk described for 3 months, I am now at about 90% of normal energy. I have not had a single migraine or even a minor headache- I haven't even taken a tylenol for pain. The IBS symptoms are GONE. My vitamin D is in the normal range for the first time EVER! My iron is normal and still getting better. My hair loss is about 10% of what it was. I am down 4 dress sizes! ... I could go on and on about the benefits I'm experiencing. Now, I know exactly how to eat and what supplements to take to keep my body functioning optimally. The value of their program can't really be monetized... they teach us how to get to true heath...it's priceless.
