I am 50 years old & had cataract surgery on both eyes in March 2021. I began the process with my initial consultation in January. I was extremely nervous but I guess this was a blessing in disguise. I got the toric lens for distance vision so that I could drive easily & it fixed my astigmatism. Everyone I met with was very professional & friendly. They answered all my questions completely. I followed the post-op instructions to the T & the healing process was smooth & quick. Definitely 5 stars!

It was a Clean, attentive & pleasant experience. It only took 5 minutes in the waiting room. The nurse was pleasant & detailed on the basic exam. The Dr. Was nice and did a thorough exam went over what the nurse reported and gave a detailed explanation on what was wrong and what the possible solutions were. In addition she made sure I understood and had no further questions. This is the way it has been with all my appointments with them.

The surgery was great. No problem. No side effects which I was afraid of. No need to have any glasses as my vision is good for all distances.
The only thing I wish would be a bit more transparency in overall cost. Although I was told the cost of the lenses including even the special eye drops, no mention was regarding the additional cost for surgery. One assumes that in the high cost of the lenses, surgery cost is included.
Still, I will highly recommend Dr Brooks for Cataract surgery.

Everyone here is kind and friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean and safe as they take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of staff and patients.
My quality of life has improved vastly since my surgeries. I literally cried tears of joy when I saw the beautiful Texas sky with my new eyes!🥰🇨🇱

Everyone I interacted with at this office was so lovely and kind. I was quite nervous before my procedure but the doctor explained the why and the how and everything went so smoothly. The staff is incredibly friendly and it just seems like a happy office. I observed each patient being treated with the same individual attention and compassion which can be so rare these days. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.
