From the get go, Chance and his team are some of the most professional roofers I’ve worked with. After 10 years selling residential real estate I’ve seen a lot on job sites. Chance is highly communicative and his skills parlay nicely from his previous career as an insurance adjuster. He knows what to look for, how to communicate with the homeowners insurance agent & adjuster. Not to mention the speed at which they can install / repair roofs once insurance has approved the work being, in my opinion, industry leading.
