Every single person I encountered was beyond helpful and super sweet! I got four new tires and an alignment for only $705. I buy big sport tires that are never cheap. This was my first time going here, I had called around before scheduling with them and they gave me the best price and hands-down the best service of anybody else that I had called. I usually get my tires from Sam’s Club but just the four tires alone was $800 and the boys at the Sam’s in Plano always act like they would rather be anywhere else on earth than standing there talking to you😂 Highly recommend Caliber and will be returning.

Every time I’ve come in for an oil change they’re always fast and efficient. They offer recommendations on anything your car might need via text but they’re not pushy whatsoever like other auto repair shops. The staff is always friendly, but recently I had a great experience with Christian. I needed an oil change and a state inspection-unfortunately due to rain the inspection couldn’t get done same day but was able to accommodate me ASAP the next day. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you Christian!!

Always a great experience at Caliber. Living so close to this location, we've used it many times for our maintenance needs for all our cars. The manager, Aaron, is usually the one I deal with and he is friendly and thorough and honestly cares about the customer and their needs. It's not often you find this kind of compassion when dealing with auto repair places. At least not in my personal experiences. I am still amazed at the text messages you receive with quotes on the work that needs to be done as well as the photos included to show you what needs to be addressed. Just a great experience all around. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the service here! I made an appointment online and brought my car in. The representatives were very polite and professional. The oil change took a little bit longer than their estimate, but their communication was good and the wait was not a problem. I plan to come back here for future oil changes or auto work.

As a women, it’s always imitating going to places that has anything to do with cars. You never know what to expect. I googled this place and saw it had good reviews. Did not disappoint. I was blown away by my experience. I highly recommend. They made you feel welcome and worked with you. I brought my own oil and filter but I needed a couple more quarts. They took care of me. I’m running to tell all my friends and family about this place. They have a loyal customer now.
