Chirocare Plano

First time going to a chiropractor and Dr. Tai was very welcoming and good at explaining every step. Felt great after the adjustment.

I was limping and leaning to the right side of my body to reduce my pain. Upon evaluation of my gait my lumbar range of motion was restricted. My pain had limited my mobility and ability to
drive. My friend had recommended me to Dr. Tai and he provided the best solution which aided me to walk and improve mobility by 80%. Whereas few other chiropractors I had visited suggested alternative, expensive and time consuming solutions Dr. Tai's service was literally like Magic!
Hence, I would highly recommend Chirocare Plano.

I always thought chiropractors only focused on adjusting your back and neck. Maybe that is the case for almost all of them, but Dr. Nguyen really goes the extra mile.
He does everything; electrical muscle stimulation, deep tissue massage, limb stretch, and of course the adjustment. He focuses on the area that you tell him hurts the most and will ask you if you are comfortable with anything he's doing. He gives you the option to skip on part of the treatment if you don't want it.
Dr. Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable. When he asks you what your job is, he immediately knows what the problem might be and how to approach it. I gained about 40 degrees of neck rotation back the first session.
You can't go wrong with him. This is my first ever chiropractic session and I think I might have set the bar really high for other chiropractors I might have in the future.

I love going to Dr. Nguyen. He not only adjusts me and gets me back in alignment, but he stretches me and does a lot of deep tissue work. I tend to hold my tension in several spots. He helps me to release that tension with the soft tissue therapy and stretching. I've been to several chiropractors before and have never felt as relaxed and in alignment as I do after a visit with Dr. Nguyen.

I've been going to Dr. Nguyen for over two years now. Out of all the chiropractors that I've gone to, Dr. Nguyen makes me feel the most at ease and comfortable in his presence. He makes sure to listen to you and understands where your aches and pains are to come up with the best therapy. As my family has recommended him to me, I also recommend him to anyone out there seeking soft tissue therapy or even simply an adjustment!
