After reading previous reviews, I'm not sure who they dealt with, but my experience with Paul Frey in the Service Dept. has always been exemplary. From the loaner car, to updates throughout your service and the options that he gives are top notch. There are never any surprises and his professionalism is beyond reproach. Is the service a little slow, yes, however this is a boutique car dealership, not a Ford or Chevy house where they crank 'em in and crank 'em out. But your car will be fixed when you leave or they'll continue until it is.
